Ive looked at many journaling apps, only to find the same problem with nearly any app... Its only as good as the person who uses it, providing they remember to actually open the app. This app allows you to set a reminder so you dont forget to make an entry - for me it was a huge bonus!

Could benefit from adding different dimensions. Would be interesting. For tracking and journaling its solid.
Ive used this app for a year and it does a great job for what it is. I have it set so it goes off at random times. An excellent way to track your mood for the day, week or month. It would be great if there was a journal and an easy way to compare month to month. It has its limits but it does a good job.
I took advantage of changing to color scheme and setting up reminders (both advertised really clearly and easy to do) and got in the habit of entering data. Its very intuitive to use and understand the trend--helped dramatically improve my mood and ability to cope ahead!
I need to track my life so I can stop swinging from "feeling ok" to "feeling horrible" without any data to help me figure out why. This app makes personal data collection simple. I give this app a 10 (Insanely Great). #productiveDay #reviewingiMoodJournal
Ive been using IMood for a couple years. I experience depression at times. Keeping track of how I am feeling emotionally and why, using the journal, has been helpful.
Simple, easy to use and customize. Great for a simple history of moods or a real analysis of them. Ill add a star if more than one mood can be defined on the same chart. This is essential for Bipolar when you need to record both depression and hypomania, sometimes both at the same time.

I use it every day. Wish the graph showed the scale up the left hand side.
It serves the purpose but could use some color to make it happy. Otherwise its great!
Easy and quick. Sometimes you just want to record the mood. And when you start to get the sums of your keywords, thats when you start to see all the positive and negative influences of your day.
I love its simplicity. It takes only a few instants to record my mood and it does not intrude with my other activities. The graphs could be improved.

The only way to beat this app is to copy it completely and then find ways to improve from there. I dont see anyone catching up anytime soon. So easy to take a few seconds anywhere and update your mood. My psychologist LOVES it.
Been using it for more than a year. A couple things kept me coming back: One it is really user friendly. And two it is impossible to forget to log with the reminders three times a day. If you get frustrated logging, just remind yourself that it takes less than a minute. Ive only logged moods.
