Useful app

Really useful for quickly tracking your general mood. The journal part lets you keep more detailed notes about what was going on in that moment. Nice that you can back it all up with Dropbox. Would be awesome if you could track physical symptoms of depression/anxiety, too.

Please fix update

I love this app, but Im unable to open it after this update, it keeps crashing. Please fix it soon as I use it every day and dont want to lose my data.

Worked fine until 11/28 update

The app will not open anymore since the latest update. iPhone 6s

Perfect app for tracking moods!

I only wish I had discovered this sooner! The app is super user friendly, easy to navigate through and review whats been recorded. My therapist has been asking me to track my moods for years and thanks to iMoodJournal I am finally doing it thoroughly and efficiently. Ive already shared it with several friends and plan to continue sharing.

Stress test

Great to study and learn what can change your mood and how often it happens. For those with mood disorders this is great tool to review with your doctor, PA, therapist etc.

Just excellent

Ive been using this app for two years. Im manic-depressive, and iMood has helped me recognize the times of year when I need to be most cautious. Its the one app I use faithfully every day- sometimes multiple times per day. Love this app!

Great but...

Should include an option to get help if user makes mention of suicidal or homicidal thoughts but fantastic otherwise!

LOVE what this app can do!

I suffer from major depression, medication resistant. Did ECT. Did TMS. Found this app right as I was finishing TMS therapy. Ive always had trouble identifying when my depression is returning until Im pretty far into it. This app has given me a way to monitor exactly how Im feeling and see a historical graph of my moods. Very powerful and gives me specific data to help my docs determine the next course of action.

Great format!

I dont write many reviews because so many apps are redundant of one another and its information overload. This app is new and different in the great way it collects and reports your data. It works flawlessly, with many well thought out settings. Absolutely worth the price! I highly advise this app over other mood trackers Update: One week in. Love it more and more. If youre looking for this type of app then this should be your first choice.

Great app but...

I love this app and I use it constantly, BUT I CANT BACK ANYTHING UP!! Im in a panic because my iPod hasnt been working the greatest, so I have to transfer data, but I cant because everytime I tap the Backup button, theres no response. It doesnt jam up, it just...does nothing. Pleeeaase fix this!

The killer app for mood tracking

Skeptical in the beginning but the reviews convinced me to try it. Very content while using it.

Best mood tracker Ive used

Ive tried several mood tracker apps, and this is by far my favorite. It is simple and straightforward and gives me exactly what I need. I love being able to see the mood reports/history in graphical form and in chart form. I also like being able to write notes each time I update my mood. Thats a key feature as well: being able to update your mood as many times per day as you like! Other mood trackers have a set and limited number per day. That just doesnt work when you need to track for bipolar or anxiety, for example. This is perfect when your mood fluctuates over the course of the day.

Love this app. Its easy to use, so I havent given up on my mood tracking like I normal do. It could use some extra reports to get a view of trends now that Ive been using it for 3 months, but other than that, perfect. Im so glad I have it!

One of the best journaling apps out there...enjoy pics and stats on mood...

My new psychiatrist recced this and its great! I find that not only do I track my mood, I tend to note a few details. Im one who benefits from journaling, but I never do it - this app doesnt replace a journal but its definitely helpful in that respect.

Good app

Customizable, good bar graph to show you where youve been. Only mood app I use and Ive tried quite a few.

Good for OCD

I have OCD and this is helpful to write something down and have all my feelings displayed in a graph. I like that you can attach a photo to your note and that it displays a chart and calendar.
