It has reminders you can set to tell you to put your mood in. Its very easy to use. I highly recommend this app. Helped me figure out my moods swing every two weeks
Easy to operate
Not only does it help me track my moods. It also works as a journal. I can look back an see what happened on a specific day to make my mood a certain way. Perfect for people like me who are going through med changes for a mood disorder.
I really like how this all keeps track of my mood data - the analytics and how it presents it is fantastic. However, whenever I want to journal the app feels kind of claustrophobic with the picture thumbnail taking up a lot of the space, leaving it to where the more I type, the more smooshed and cluttered my entry gets. Id like to make this app my go to for both mood tracking and journaling, but as it stands, I may look elsewhere.
It works well in both devices.
I find myself looking for ways to keep my score hi!! Even if it means doing something Ive been putting off or hitting an emotional snag and quickly finding a way to turn it around so as to keep my score hi! Its like a game and I hate losing, so Ill take a textbook situation that would normally get me angry or even down right bummed out and take what ever real world constructive action it takes to stay INSANELY STOKED OR close to that. Might be one of the best apps ever .
I highly recommend it. Awesome.
Just started using this app. Easy way to keep track of my moods without obsessing over the need to journal or remember.
I like being able to define my own mood states. I can log my mood quickly. The historical charts are informative.
Interface makes it so easy to mark moods several times a day, which means I actually do it and get interesting data. I particularly like how customizable the moods are, so I can tweak them for me. The reminders are unobtrusive, but keep me collecting info. Just a terrific little app.
Before I found this, I was trying to track my moods with a normal journal, and I found that this app makes it much easier and helps greatly in finding insights. Indeed it is a much more seriously useful tool than its smiley face icon would suggest. The function that connects words to moods using hashtags is a very clever tool, as are the charts of mood patterns in the course of a day, week etc. Im just having a bit of trouble setting the reminders function to simply run all day long, but I do love that it offers randomly timed periodic reminders. I also think it might be useful to be able to tag positive and negative aspects within a single entry instead of cataloging everything within an entry as either positive or negative. Overall, a great tool though.
