Both me and my doctor love this app. I have reminders set for various times of the day and the app lets me track various moods on a daily basis. It is incredibly helpful.
This is a great app! Very well thought out. I love the photo feature because there really is a connection between how you feel and how you look. I like that some features are customizable (ratings, reminder sounds & times, tags). The progress charts are a great idea, too. Im very happy with this app. Thank you! ☺️
I have been using this app to monitor my mood for years now. It has helped me track my monthly and yearly/seasonal mood fluctuations. It also serves as a diary. I love that you can add photos to each entry and add hashtag words to monitor mood states as well. The 2 daily chimes (one at 10 am and one at 3 pm) encourage me to check in with myself and are also a beautiful reminder to take a breath and be present in the moment. Overall I love this app.

This app has a great idea and for the most part great execution, but often times the space allotted per entry is too small. As in, there is a point where I cannot see what I am typing because I cannot scroll down my text. This is extremely frustrating considering how flimsy using a touch keyboard is already.
Love the reminders. Would totally forget to use this app without them. Not intrusive at all.
I am working my way through a depressive episode. This app helps me to "pause" and check in throughout the day. It also helps me to see that moods fluctuate throughout the days and weeks and I am not in a bad place as often as I think I am. I am eternally grateful for this app and have recommended it to my counsellors.
Ive tried a few different apps, but this is the one that I keep coming back to. I like that you can customize the moods, the way that it keeps track of everything, is easy to use. No complaints whatsoever.

I just started using the app and so far it works like its supposed to. I like the reminder sounds and being able to make my own notifications. Being able to add to the # moods. Not all of us have the same moods. Ill be back
Read the tutorial and FAQ. Set reminders to write one to three times a day. Use #hashtags. I dont think a mood journal needs to be any more complicated than this. (Theres another mood journal app available that looks like as complicated as a jumbo jet cockpit.)

The directions make it super easy to get started with this app. I really like the picture taking function so I can see my expression as well as how I rated my mood. Very helpful for people looking to see if there are links between life events and their mood. Highly recommended!
I just want to keep track of how I am feeling, with notes sometimes to help me remember context and see how things change over time. I always have my phone or iPad handy, and they both sync either with Dropbox or iCloud. Does what I want very well.
This is a wonderful app for tracking all things mood related. The space for notes is particularly helpful.
